Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours from our warehouses in Canada, The United States and China (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6pm PST, are dispatched the next day.
We utilize various delivery carriers such as Canada Post, USPS and UPS. For our international customers, we use a variety of carriers including DHL and 4PX. All our orders are fully trackable, an email containing your tracking link will be issued on the day of dispatch.
